Nestor Lasso Sidra - El Diviso - 250g

This coffee is grown by world-renowned producer Nestor Lasso on his farm, El Diviso in Huila, Colombia. This is a Sidra varietal processed as an anaerobic natural and boasts tasting notes of Cherry, Summer Berries and Citrus Fruits with a bright sweetness.
 
We've brewed this in store as both filter or espresso and are very proud of this coffee.
 
The farm produces several varietals of coffee but we were particularly fond of this Sidra so made sure to grab a bag from our freinds over at Falcon Coffees.
 
Our coffee is roasted on Mondays so all orders will be ready by the Wednesday after your order is placed at the latest.
