This lovely lot comes back to Santiago Noriega at Finca Cultivares in Huila, Colombia. Santiago is a passionate young producer who has quickly made a name for himself by focusing on advanced processing and exceptional varieties like this Pink Bourbon.

While many of his lots lean heavily experimental, this one takes a cleaner, classic route with a meticulous washed process. It's designed to let the natural elegance of the Pink Bourbon variety do the talking without any heavy processing getting in the way.
